How do I care for handmade ceramics?

  • All of my functional work (mugs, bowls, cups, etc.) is food and dishwasher safe. Do not expose wares to sudden, dramatic shifts in temperature (e.g. straight from the freezer to the oven).

Can I pick up locally?

  • Yes, if you are local we can set up a pick-up time for you to meet me at 323CLAY in Independence, MO.

when is your next store update?

  • I announce store updates through my Instagram and newsletter.

When will my order ship?

  • Your order will ship within 3-5 business days. I’m so grateful to have your support and understanding that its just me running this business and I have multiple jobs: artist, teacher, and studio manager. Pots aren’t always shipped out next day like amazon, so if you have gift plans you can send a note and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?

  • If work arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving. Email a photo so I can file a damage claim. Due to the hand crafted process, each piece has its own unique qualities and cannot be identically reproduced. I will do my best to replace it with a similar object, but it could take a minimum of one month or more for me to finish another making cycle. If you purchase my work through another source, you will need to contact that specific gallery and follow their procedures.
